Host Information

Apply to be a host:

1. Download and print our host application

2. Complete background check. Background checks are required for anyone 18 over living in the home.

3. Complete and Fax or Mail the app to us

4. After we receive your application we will email you further information about our program. Please look for the email.

5. Upon receiving the rest of the forms given in the email, we will contact you to schedule an appointment

6. Check for current students online. (currently unavailable.)
